Hotel Kansai - Osaka

Had facilities needed in my triple room, including a fridge, a kettle, and air conditioning...

Liked easy check-in and easy check-out. My double room was GOOD-sized for internet connection. The location in a shopping area was comfortable and best possible and there were various shops and convenience stores nearby.

Location: the hotel was near to Municipal bus station. Local fast food option Ichiran Umeda was 5 minutes walk away. Booked a room for sure with air-con. The breakfast was rich, had a lot of food...

No renovation for a long time, smell in the room

The cleanliness impressed me. Easy access to the metro made exploring Osaka easy!

In the 'entertainment' district and slightly worn out, but 15 mins walk from the station and very reasonable price for japan. Well worth it for budget travellers

Everything was really good.

A good price hotel with great hotel staff, and surprising could easily reach Osaka/Umeda Station by walking using the underground shopping areas. Very convenient in my opinion.

The internet/Wi-Fi is only available on the first floor(lobby and restaurant). In the room, there was only one outlet available(there was another one in the bathroom but was impractical to use), the fridge couldn't hold much of anything and it says there's a heater in the room but there wasn't one. The ac could only cool unlike other ACs that can also heat up the room. And the breakfast buffet(￥850) was a let down. None of the hot food items, except for the rice and miso soup, were keep warm. I can only recommend the buffet if your too lazy to buy some things from the bakeries(at that time or night before and heat them up) or go out to other restaurants(fast-food or soba/udon) as that would be more cheaper and you'll enjoy a better breakfast.

The location seemed good and handy close to the transportation hub. Further, it was right by Osaka and Umeda station as well as Umeda subway station.

I enjoyed the clean and spacious room with easy mobility. The staff was friendly and always available. The complimentary hot beverages were a comforting touch.

Staying at this hotel with my family was fantastic! The breakfast spread was amazing, and the kids adored the yukatas. We loved our spacious triple room. It was perfect for our needs. The hotel also offered handy amenities like free drinks in the lobby.

My kids wished there were more play areas available in the hotel. A little kids' corner would have.

I loved the cozy vibe of my triple room and the delicious breakfast options, especially the free coffee and matcha! The hotel also offers nice relaxation spots like a lounge area and cozy seating by the garden. One little hiccup was the extra charge for leaving my bag after checkout, but it didn’t spoil my stay. 😊
